Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Patna. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in increasing our market presence and achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the assigned territory
• Present and demonstrate our healthcare solutions to potential customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence
• Prepare and submit sales reports as required
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0-2 years of sales experience, freshers are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM practices is a plus
• Knowledge of the local Patna market is advantageous
